Thanks to our new local Kendall-Whittier bookstore partner, Whitty Books and a few French-speaking volunteers, l’Alliance is promoting a newly, revived “storytime en français” for families with toddler ages to elementary age (2-5 years) to listen to a story and play with a related activity within 45-minutes beginning at 10:00am on the last Saturdays of February, March and April, 2019 at Whitty Books [2407 E Admiral Boulevard, Tulsa 74110]: February 23, March 30 and April 27.

Recent bilingual French readings by l’AF volunteers were held Saturday, March 2nd for a special “Read Across America” storytime within the Mother Road Market (1124 S Lewis) from noon-12:30pm.
Another local volunteer, Margaret Snellgrove read Thursday, March 21, at 4:00pm at The Lodge within The Gathering Place. Reading began promptly at 4pm and was geared to younger kids.
