Tulsa, OK – January 2025 – Alliance Française de Tulsa is proud to celebrate 70 years of promoting French language and culture. In 2025, the organization will celebrate its milestone anniversary. To mark the occasion, Alliance Française de Tulsa has unveiled a special “70 Years” logo. Members and supporters can look forward to seeing the logo throughout the year as part of the anniversary festivities.

“In 1955, the Francophone and Francophiles of Tulsa knew they wanted continue to engage with French culture, language, history, and more. And the Alliance Française de Tulsa was started,” said Cathy Smythe, President of Alliance Française de Tulsa. “Seventy years later, I am so proud to be associated with this organization and looking forward to the events that will come.”
Since 1955, Alliance Française de Tulsa has been a welcoming space for anyone passionate about France and its rich culture. The new logo reflects the group’s long history of learning and connection, as well as its continued dedication to the Tulsa community.
