How about trying an informal open mic hosted by the Alliance in North Shore (Evanston, IL) with us on Saturday, February 20th at 1:00pm? Read aloud a short text (under 5 minutes, please) in French (fiction, nonfiction, drama, poetry). If you wish, tell us why you chose your piece.
As it’s difficult to read several paragraphs on-screen, they will compile the texts you submit into one document and send it ahead of time to those who RSVP. Please send your text—or at least your name, the title of your text, and the author’s name—by 6 PM on Wednesday, February 17, to info@afnorthshore.org
