Webinar: Up Close and Personal with Oliver Gee of the Earful Tower

“Wherever you are in the world, forget about that now, close your eyes … and imagine that you are being transported into the eighth arrondissement of Paris,” says Oliver Gee, the host of the popular Paris podcast The Earful Tower. The podcast has 60,000 downloads per month and was recently lauded by the New York Times as a great way to travel by ear. Originally from Australia, Oliver has lived in Paris, where he has built his career, since 2015. Paris On Air, a memoir telling the often laugh-out-loud stories from his past five years in the French capital, is his first book.

You can join a live virtual meeting with Oliver on Wednesday, June 17, at 2:00 pm CDT, via Zoom. The session will be mostly in English with a smattering of French terms. Look for a lively Q&A session led by Eric Beaulieu and Linda Witt of the FACC-PNW. Oliver will share his tips on Paris, the French language, on how he has built up his career in the French capital, and more. (These are FREE tickets for our special AF guests). All registrants will receive an exclusive discount code for a hot-off-the-press copy of his memoir, which ships from a warehouse on the west coast in just days.
