2017 0805 World in a Box!

Come to World in a Box Day – a unique event for families and children to visit the world and experience different cultures without setting foot out of Tulsa!  World in a Box Day is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday August 5 at the Tulsa Central Library, 400 Civic Center, in the Pocahontas Greadington Learning and Creativity Center on the library’s second lower level.  The event promotes the Tulsa Global Alliance Culture Box Program and will showcase different countries, hands-on activities at each booth, and entertainment. Come meet Emily Wood, the founder of the Culture Box Program, who will be guest of honor at World in a Box Day. World in a Box Day is supported by a grant from the Gelvin Foundation.
